PrivacyHere at Petite Tresor your privacy is our priority. Any information collected from you is kept strictly secured. All goods will be shipped to you in discreet packaging with no mention of Petite Tresor on the exterior of the packaging, and the return address is not associated with Petite Tresor.
If you elect not to become a VIP we will only contact you if deemed absolutely necessary to discuss the status of an order. If there is an issue with your order, we may need to contact you via email to notify you of the expected delivery date of your order or discuss other options. If you choose to register as a VIP to receive emails regarding specials or new products on offer, we will only retain your email address and chosen name (this can be a nickname) you have given us. As we are well aware how annoying it is to have your email account bombarded on a regular basis, our emails will be periodic and not a regular occurrence and we will never pass your details onto anyone else or any other companies!
All staff at Petite Tresor has signed a confidentiality agreement that restricts them from discussing order information or customer details with any other person, so no matter how famous you are, or think you are, your secret is safe with us!!
Security PolicyWhen purchasing from Petite Trésor your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Service PolicyWe aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it Monday to Friday. Occasionally an item may be out of stock and not displayed on our website. In the event of this, or that there are other unforeseen circumstances regarding the status of an order, such as an item being out of stock you will be notified of the new delivery date, or given an option to choose a similar product, or at our discretion given a refund.
We will gladly exchange or refund lingerie within 21 days of purchase provided it has been unworn, and has the original tags still on. Given the nature of adult toys, we regrettably are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. In the event of a faulty product (with the exception of faulty batteries), we will gladly replace it within 21 days of purchase. In this instance, please notify us immediately with a description of the fault and return the goods to us, clean, unused, and in their original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice). If you do have an issue, we ask you to try changing the batteries first, as this usually resolves most issues. Please note that this does not affect your legal rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Return postage costs will be at the customers’ expense, and we accept no responsibility for returns which are sent by a non-traceable postage method and do not arrive at their destination. In such a case, we will not issue an exchange or refund. Therefore it is highly recommended that you register your returns.
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 Australia wide and items will be sent in a Parcel Post satchel with no mention of Petite Tresor on the exterior of the packaging.

Interstate destinations between capital cities: 3-5 days
Interstate rural destinations: 6-10 days
International New Zealand Airmail: 5-10 days * Incurs an insurance charge of $7.50 AUD
Other International: as destinations vary please allow 7-28 days
**Please note that Express Post Packages can be tracked, but cannot be registered, and therefore are not insured. Petite Tresor will take no responsibility for packages sent by Express Post.
Dispatch and delivery dates are given as a guide only. We do not take responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
At this time our website in unable to process international orders, however, if you wish to purchase an item please contact us, and we will provide you with a postage estimate and can process the order manually. Goods will be sent via Air Mail, postage and handling costs are calculated by weight, volume and postcode via Australia Post. Goods can be sent internationally to most countries including New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, and the USA. Petite Tresor does not accept responsibility for delays on international orders, or any import restrictions imposed by the country of destination.

All adult products sold on this site are sold as novelties.
By purchasing from this site you declare you are an adult at least 18 years of age and can lawfully enter into and form contracts under Australian law.
Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns for any products purchased (excluding lingerie). Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 21 days of purchase by contacting us via email or telephone. Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases.
Pricing PolicyThe pricing of our products are carefully monitored to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
